Design Analysis & Solution

Structural Design Analysis (STAAD Pro., ETABS etc.)

Structural analysis is employed on structural drawings of buildings frames, trusses, bridges to determine the effects of loads on physical structures. It considers all the material property along with applied mechanics and applied mathematics to compute a structure’s deformations, internal forces, stresses, support reactions. The results of the analysis are used to verify a structural design stability and fitness for use. Analysis team is well versed with the popular softwares of industry such as ETAB, STAAD Pro., SAFE etc.

Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Finite element analysis is applied on complex designs of machines for computation of structural and stress analysis. It is an engineering technique by dividing a geometry or a body in multiple small parts of nodes and elements to simulate a physical phenomenon such as structural integrity and behaviour using the numerical technique called Finite Element Method (FEM). Engineers employ it in experiments and optimize components in their design phase to quickly develop better products.

Critical Member Identification & Design Optimization

Deflection at elements

It involves structural analysis techniques where structural members showing higher than permissible values of stress, deflections etc. are identified. These identified critical sections are then replaced with a suitable member that can transfer the applied forces without exceeding the permissible values for stress, deflection etc. and remain functional inside the structure. Hence, the whole exercise is objected to produce an optimized design which remain functional for its intended service and reduce project cost. Through diverse experience of our structural consultants we have a promising record of providing commercially & technically viable solutions to our clients. Among various alternative plan models most feasible design is selected and proposed to our clients for an economical & hassle free execution.

Acting Load Calculation

With changing times, the demands from infrastructure also changes and renovation/ extension is a common activity occurring multiple times throughout the life of a structure. Sometimes this change requires removal of building components like walls, columns etc. To safely execute this activity, a calculation of acting loads on structural members is carried out with considerations of corresponding load carrying strength. This structural load calculation determines adequacy of structural members after removal of walls, columns etc. Some governing laws also make it mandatory to consult a structural engineer while making such alterations in buildings.
